I'm not all that familiar with folks losing their homes, but I do know that in any time of crisis folks may be at their worst. Both in terms of their feelings and actions. One thing that I plan on doing is being compassionate and helpful. When I can, I'll do what I can to grease the skids commission and fee wise and make sure that I'm there to be a source of good feeling for the struggling home buyer. I've helped one person with their foreclosure dilemma and from that experience I'm sure this will be a growing and learning experience for me.

Perhaps this group will also be a good source of info and support for folks that are in the foreclosure predicament.

Joe,

I think that the INTENTION that we bring into this business determines the outcome of our transactions.

INTENTION that factors compassion and generosity is where we need to focus at the outset. I am sure that we will come up with some great ideas over time that will help empower consumers who are at risk for foreclosure.

Thanks for joining the group. You are a most welcome new member 8-)
