Quick turnaround on SoCal sales data

Consumers searching for sales prices on recently sold Southern California homes can now access that information on Realtor.com through the site's Find Home Values feature.

Through a partnership with the Southern California MLS, actual sales prices will now be available within 24 hours of a sale's closing, which is a significant improvement from before when data from county public records took as long as 90 days to become available.
