Benn Rosales, the Miracle Grow behind one of the country's fastest growing online real estate communities can be found frequently watering, mowing, edging, and whispering sweet nothings to what has exploded into the enormous shrub that is AgentGenius.com.

He's an entrepreneurial stunt man with a day job of CEO of Single Pointe Realty in Austin, Texas. After eight years of practicing real estate, he has finally earned his Eagle Badge in real estatery.

Prior to real estate, Benn's background involves Public Relations for a major tech company, as well as Operations Management and Marketing & Advertising for one of the world's largest food wholesalers. With this background, he easily is to the reformation of real estate blogging what the white sports coat is to Miami Vice (or try this more modern pop culture reference- he's easily what Jessica Simpson is to Chicken of the Sea).

Having grown up in Oklahoma, he bleeds Crimson and yells "boomer" to strangers in the grocery store wearing OU gear, knowing full well that no matter how far away they are, they'll yell "sooner" in return, even in Texas Longhorn country. Needless to say, he's not scared of controversy, standing out, or making an impact.

When Benn isn't rolling his eyes at blogging antics (did a real estate blogger just call a holy war on bad marketing practices?), he lives in Austin with his Superwoman wife that makes all things possible but refuses to wear a cape (Lani), 2 kiddos, a dog who pretends he's deaf but he's not, and four laptops (and one landputer). He dreams of a life where sleep isn't physically necessary and a Starbucks barista makes house calls.
