Christine Dwiggins is the vice president and branch manager of Pacific Union GMAC Real Estate's Opera Plaza office. Dwiggins reflects today's modern real estate professional - technology savvy, mobile, and paperless. Before joining the management team at Pacific Union, Dwiggins was one of the firm's younger, more successful agents, focused on technology applications and mobile transactions. She has years of valuable hands-on experience in the industry and an intuitive sense for applying emerging technologies. Dwiggins has been a pioneer in paperless transactions, and has been performing them for over 4 years now. Her vision is to take the dynamic urban office she manages from the past to the present by bringing paperless transactions to her office and create a new system for agents to enhance their productivity and provide a better experience for their clients.Dwiggins holds a bachelor's degree from the University of San Diego where she was one of the original students who helped break ground on the university's Real Estate Institute. Her background includes urban redevelopment, California residential and commercial real estate, real estate law, marketing and business. She holds advanced real estate credentials as a Corporate Mobility Specialist (CMS) and Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES)
