David is Director, Community Relations at Zillow.com. He is responsible for customer service and social media marketing at the real estate website best known for its Zestimate home values. Gibbons was recently nominated to Inman News's list of the most influential real estate bloggers and is well known for debating real estate bloggers on the topics of Zillow and online real estate. David's spent a decade in startup technology companies; he learnt the internet business at Seattle-based Amazon.com. In '05 Gibbons became fascinated with the web2.0 opportunity and joined Zillow.com shortly after the site's launch in February ‘06. South African born, David earned his degree in Mechanical Engineering in Johannesburg.
